敬愛(ài)的老師、親愛(ài)的同學(xué)們：
大家好！今天我講話(huà)的題目是：與好書(shū)為友，以讀書(shū)為樂(lè)。
Dearleaders and school fellows, good morning, today my speech is "Be a friend ofgood books and enjoy reading"!
書(shū)是人類(lèi)進(jìn)步的階梯。生活里沒(méi)有書(shū)籍，就好像大地沒(méi)有陽(yáng)光；智慧里沒(méi)有書(shū)籍，就好像鳥(niǎo)兒沒(méi)有翅膀。讀書(shū)是成長(zhǎng)的基石，讀書(shū)是精彩人生的開(kāi)始。古今中外眾多志士偉人都是勤奮讀書(shū)的楷模。
Books are the ladders of human progress. A life without a book is likethe earth without sunshine. Reading is the foundation of our growth, reading isthe beginning of a wonderful life. Many great men in history are our rolemodels .
周恩來(lái)為中華崛起而讀書(shū)。毛澤東一生愛(ài)讀書(shū)，無(wú)論是戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)年代還是和平時(shí)期，只要一有閑暇時(shí)間就讀書(shū)，而且他不動(dòng)筆墨不看書(shū)，讀書(shū)時(shí)在重要的地方劃上圈、杠、點(diǎn)等各種符號(hào)，在書(shū)上空白的地方寫(xiě)上批語(yǔ)，有時(shí)還把書(shū)中重要的內(nèi)容摘錄下來(lái)，或隨時(shí)寫(xiě)下讀書(shū)的心得體會(huì)，并把學(xué)習(xí)所得運(yùn)用到實(shí)踐中去，指導(dǎo)中國(guó)革命。魯迅少年時(shí)，冬天晚上讀書(shū)冷，就把辣椒放在口中嚼，用辣椒驅(qū)寒，堅(jiān)持讀書(shū)。世界著名文學(xué)家高爾基就曾借著月光讀書(shū)，在樓頂讀書(shū)，在老板的皮鞭下讀書(shū)。對(duì)讀書(shū)的癡迷，終于把他造就為世界文學(xué)巨匠。正如高爾基自己所說(shuō)："書(shū)籍使我變成了一個(gè)幸福的人".世紀(jì)老人冰心曾教導(dǎo)我們 "讀書(shū)好，好讀書(shū)，讀好書(shū)".

開(kāi)學(xué)典禮上，李春雷校長(zhǎng)號(hào)召同學(xué)們開(kāi)展"讀書(shū)、運(yùn)動(dòng)、探究"活動(dòng)，闡述了讀書(shū)的深遠(yuǎn)意義。學(xué)校為鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)們讀書(shū)，開(kāi)展了讀好書(shū)贈(zèng)書(shū)刊，家長(zhǎng)孩子共讀一本書(shū)活動(dòng)。剛剛過(guò)去的寒假，高中部向每個(gè)學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)推薦了閱讀書(shū)目，并寫(xiě)閱讀體會(huì)，得到了家長(zhǎng)的普遍好評(píng)。九（3）班劉浚凱同學(xué)的父親在閱讀體會(huì)中寫(xiě)到：謝謝學(xué)校假期給家長(zhǎng)們安排的讀書(shū)作業(yè)，讓我在讀書(shū)中領(lǐng)悟到今后如何讓孩子快樂(lè)讀書(shū)，早點(diǎn)形成獨(dú)立能力，勇于生活，熱愛(ài)生活，活得更有意義，并及時(shí)糾正了我的一些教育觀念。
In theschool opening ceremony, Mr Li called on us to read, to explore and to research.In order to encourage students to read more, a variety of activities have beencarried out, such as sharing a good book with your parents and writing feelsfor them. Liu Junkai ‘s father from Class 3 Grade said in his reading notes,thanks to these meaningful reading activities, I began to realize theimportance of reading for a child, and I would like to help my son form acorrect reading habits from now on .
讀書(shū)帶給我們最雋永的樂(lè)趣、最恒久的動(dòng)力；讀書(shū)帶給我們平和的心態(tài)、精神的慰藉。經(jīng)典詩(shī)句，讓我們充滿(mǎn)智慧；童話(huà)故事，讓我們浮想聯(lián)翩；歷史巨著，讓我們博古知今；科普書(shū)籍，讓我們思維縝密……
Thepleasure of reading brings us the most permanent power. Reading brings us peaceof mind, spiritual comfort. The classic verses will let us full of wisdom. Thehistorical documents will make us be well versed in both ancient and modern literature,the popular science books help us to be thoughtful.
同學(xué)們，知識(shí)改變命運(yùn)，學(xué)習(xí)成就未來(lái)。希望大家與好書(shū)為友，以讀書(shū)為樂(lè)。行動(dòng)起來(lái)吧，讓濃濃的書(shū)香溢滿(mǎn)我們的校園！
