  This Advertising Agency Agreement (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) is made and effective this Date of, by and between Advertise and Agency.

  第九條:附則

  2、本合同之附件均為合同有效組成部分,具有同等效力。

  3、本合同及其附件和補充協(xié)議中未規(guī)定的事宜,均遵照中華人民共和國有關法律、法規(guī)和規(guī)章執(zhí)行。

  4、本合同壹式貳份,甲乙雙方各執(zhí)壹份,均具同等法律效力。

  5、本合同在履行中如發(fā)生爭議,雙方應協(xié)商解決,協(xié)商或調(diào)節(jié)不成的,雙方同意由仲裁委員會仲裁。
